Okay here goes...

Sometimes when I wake up in the morning, I have a lot of pain in my back. It's a really low pain, and it hurts especially when I breathe. I mean it only hurts for about a half hour or so, but that's it. Does anyone else get this? Is there a nmae for it? I've had it since I was a teenager, had it about 9-20 years now. Let me know everyone. Thank you
Jooner

building it up...

The pain is almost like a part of the muscles in my back fall asleep. There isn't really a tingle, but I can really feel it when I breathe in deep. It feels like it's somewhere around the kidneys, but I don't think that's the problem. I'm wondering if that's where that whole "pillow between the legs" thing is supposed to work. Anybody know what I'm talking about?

I know my occasional pain is a lot less compared to some of you using this forum. I wish you all well...I have some other health problems as well, and compared to them, this is trivial. But I figured I'd try to give somebody something to talk about.
Josh
