Hey what do you gus think I an trying to get things in order to start a daily regimine that I think will help me and after going back and reading some of the old info about Oil of Oregano and Olive leaf extract. I wanted to know what every one else thinks. Ok here are the questions.

1. Do you think that OOO, olive leaf excract, are more efficient taken in the liquid form? and when taking each are you supposed to swallow or do you hold it under your tounge for a few min. Think that I herd this mentioned but I am not sure.

2. Do you think that they can be mixed and taken together, like with a little water or something. And if you can't mix they together can you take they back to back?

3. And Echanacia(sp) do you think that the liquid form is better?

4. And yes what about garic in the liquid form.

I have all of these in pill form, but I am about to run out and my friend works at a health food store and I figured why not get the best if I can.

In addition to taking these I also have been taking Lysine 3 (500) tabs in the morning but I took 4 this morning cause of ob. I was thinking about staying with that but in addition taking 3 more at night about 1.5 hours after my last meal.

I also read that you should take an amino acid supplement if you are going to be taking lysine for a while and wanted to see if any one here is taking one and the name of it and how it works for you.

I also wanted to know the same about A multi-vitaman for women, I went looking at the store yesterbay but I did not have much time.

Also has any one evey taken Lactobacillus ( the bacteria that is found in yogurt) I read some where that it help in the preventative process. If anyone has how often did you take it and where did you get it I did not see it at my friends store.

And the last thing is zinc has anyone experimented with this, or know anything about how it helps with H.

These are all things that I plan on adding to ny regimine. I would like to have feedback from anyone who has experimented with these and how it helped or did not help you. any other comments or suggestions are more than welcome.

:bouncing:

I also use the garlic oil topically and it has really helped some of my ob areas although i HAVE NOT tried it gentially.

I have taken probiotics (bacteria in yogurt) after taking a course of antibiotics, which kill both the bad and the good bacteria in your system. I have never taken them for h. But I bought mine, a powder that needs to be refrigerated and can be added to a little water or juice (and doesn't taste bad), at my local health food store, in the refrigerated section. Ask for probiotics. If they don't know what you mean, better find a different health food store with a more knowledgable staff.
