Maybe it's a vampire thing...Recently, started taking garlic oil tabs, when I feel...ob symptons....seems like it's helping, (can't handle the smell of fresh garlic gentially)....Was wondering if anyone uses this as part for their regimen??? I've been reading that ice helps with gential ob's, has anyone tried????
Any comments, any one.....

Garlic is THE staple of all my supplements. I've seen the words garlic and antiviral in the same sentence so many times, it's pretty clear that it's essential to supplement with it if you have herpes. Some things come and go, oregano, olive leaf, CoQ10 (all great, but expensive), but one thing I'll never be without is garlic capsules.

are the garlic oil pills more efficient than the dried "regular" pill form? And where do you find the oil tabs?

Hello,

Yep, garlic pills are a daily part of my vitamin regimen as well. I take 1200 mg 2x per day. As nonexist said, other stuff such as Olive leaf, oil of oregano, coq10 (have taken all these as well) come and go (work great, but they are so expensive), but garlic I'll never be without. :)

Anna-Bananna,

They are called "odorless garlic" made by Spring Valley, 1000mg (right#'s, this time) and 120softgels, per bottle. I'm almost sure, that I got them @ Wal-mart and I don't remember them being expensive. You probably could try puncturing them (with a pin) and trying them on your "nips" and the bottle says odorless, so you won't have "that smell"....right under your nose! I take 2 (2000mg) 1-2 times a day....during an ob. I'm thinking of trying 1 (1000mg) daily, to see if I notice a difference. Currently, I'm trying to ward-off an ob, that is coming due to my period coming next week. I've symptons for 1.5days, and now NONE!!!! Yipeeeeeeeeeeee, I may just have something here.....You need to go out & get you some.....It's worth a try!!! I'll keep you posted....Enjoy your weekend, -Orn
