I have been on high blood presure medican for over 2 yeary my blood pressure while on blood pressure pills ran about 120 over 70. I quite smoking taking my BP medican with my doctors ok and my blood pressure runs about 100 over 60. Is this two low?

100 over 60 is not to low as long as you don't feel dizzy, especially when you stand up. Since you quit smoking you may not need as strong of a medication. I would talk to the doctor about it.

Sure you can drop your BP without drugs. And congratulations on doing it with just smoking cessation...
Weight loss, teetotalling, and salt restriction are three more aids to a naturally low BP...with weight loss being the FAR most beneficial IMHO.
