I have really bad nervousness and anxiety to look ppl in the face when talking to them, driving by them, listening to them, pretty much always. My face gets all tense and I look really nervous and scared. I think about this the majority of everyday because it really screws up my life. So i basically obsess about it to know end. Is there any meds I can take to get rid of these symptoms to where I can maybe look at ppl without noticably looking completely uncomfortable?

there probably are anti-anxiety drugs out there for you; but, it wil only help you in the short term..
what you really need is some proper therapy for what u r going thru, so that ur no dependent on drugs for the rest of ur life to feel good about urself!!
i hav an anxiety problem, and i cannot look people in the eyes, but its getting better, not i just cant look CERTAIN people in the eyes. as you say, my face tenses up and i jut imagine how stupid i must look. at the end of the day, i always end up obsessing about it as well. its hard, i know, but u can be helped.
i dont no ur age/circumstances or nething.. but i'd really try to fix the root of the problm, not just the symptons.. if u see what i mean.]

I am 20, I started taking klonopin which actually works pretty well 2 days ago. Symptoms of my anxiety though are still bothersome. I am at .5mg which is the lowest dose and you can go all the way to 2 mg, so ill probably get a lot better as i go up and then i can work on real life exposures to hopefully get over it.
