I hope I selected the proper board for this but I have been trying to search for results on the internet with no luck to help better explain some of the things in my lumbosacral spine MRI.
There is a mild desiccation at the L5-S1 disc. Although the axial images suggest protrustion at this level, sagittal images demonstrate no extension of discogenic material past posterior surface of L5 or S1 vertebral bodies. The conus terminates at the L1 level. A degenerative Schmorl's node is noted at the upper L2 endplate.
