Hi, I posted a while back about possibly having a yeast infection of some kind, but have since been to the doctor and was informed that it was just a skin irritation, like an ingrown hair, and nothing to be worried about. I also recieved the results of my pap smear, which are that everything is perfectly normal. I've heard that the existence of HPV will create an inconclusive pap smear, so does that mean that if mine is normal, then that rules out the possiblity of HPV?
