You should have him get a nigtguard made it will help him not to reck his teeth.

Dayanna, yes have him have a dentist make a good night guard / splint. I grind my teeth and it drives my wife crazy. At least the splint cuts down on the noise and helps protect my teeth. Even so, I still break teeth and wear it every night.

Cutting down on caffeine can help too. Good luck. There's no cure, only ways to help and minimize damage. I wish I could get it to stop.
