Just wondering if you could clear up some things for me. Do fresh fruit and vegetables have more nutrients and vitamins then canned ones? What about raw vegetables verses cooked? I'm trying to eat more vitamins to boost my heatlh but stuff like mashed potatoes and canned green beans just don't seem healthy to me. What about stirfry vegetables? and Frozen?? I'm lost when it comes to this vitamin stuff! I'm an all around out of the box, into the microwave person

Fresh is better than canned, in my opinion. Stirfry is actually "flash" cooking and it seals the nutrients in better that just boiling the veggies away into mushiness in a pan. When you drain the water...you are also draining away the nutrients cooked out of vegetable itself.

Frozen veggies are just as good as fresh. These are flash frozen right from the field to keep freshness longer.
