i know there are diffeirent ways to seperate egg whites from the yolks, but is boiling the egg and then separating it the same thing?

Sponsor Jogaholic 05-31-2004, 06:05 PM By separating the yolk after its been hard-boiled you are still getting rid of the extra cholestoral and fat that is packed into the yolk, if you don't eat it. This is a much healthier way to prepare eggs.
