Well it's been seven weeks since I got my immediate dentures. In my original post I complained about too much gum showing.Got a soft liner a month ago, which was wonderful, and I got a temporary liner put in yesterday, which caused me a great deal of pain. They corrected it today, and the main thing is of course not feeling the pain, but originally they kept telling me that I had such a gummy look because my gums needed to go down somemore. But it seems that every time I go back for any type of adjusment the top denture is looking as though it's lower and lower. Now when I smile, all you can see is the base of the plate, and only the top half of my upper teeth are showing.Pretty soon you won't even see my top teeth if this keeps up.I don't know if I should go back again and discuss it with them or wait.Don't know what to do.
