ok I leave tomorrow for Vegas.......I can't tell yet when outbreaks are coming......I guess I am not experienced enough......what should I take with me in case anything happens???????

Do you take any meds? If so, obviously take those. Take any suppliments and any vitamins that you usually take and any topicals that you usually use and then just do your best not to stress about it.
I went to vegas a few weeks ago and was worried about an Ob because of the inevitable lack of sleep and poor eating and alcohol ingestion that comes along with vegas.
I slept very little and partied pretty hard and, if it makes you feel any better, I didnt get an OB.
I did, though, make sure to take my suppliments and a few little naps when I could.
