Hi again

its been well over a month since i started using c0-diovan 80/12.5
i used to feel palpitations at the back of my head whenever i'm slightly agitated or nervous.
last week i went for a refill of the subscription i consumed at least 10 tablets of co-diovan all this time i was pretty good and palpitations feeling at the back of head vanished to my suprise i found out that i was given co-diovan 160/12.5.
i i went back to the pharmacy and got back the original prescription.
as soon as i used the first tablet the palpitation feelings came back
i'm asking if i continue with 160/12.5 of medication is ok aS FAR AS I'M FEELING COMFORTABLE WITH IT or consult the doctor?

regards

Was this refill for the increased dosage a mistake on the part of the pharmacist? Or was it a new Rx called in by your doctor?

Interesting though, that the increased dosage of Diovan seems to have helped with your "head" palpitations.

I would definitely double check with your doctor that he/she indeed wants you on the upped dose, that it was no mistake on the phamacist's part, and explain you even feel better on it.

actually it was my mistake and the pharmacist may be.
it was not mentioned in the last prescription the dosage.
none of us took notice and the pharmacist gave me the 160/12.5 one
which in turn i took it believing its the same one i'm using.
only after 10 days to be precise that i realized .

thanx
