For the last year, i've been experiencing a LARGE amount of anxiety....
Physical Symptoms:
Abdominal Aorta pounds all the time, feels hard when im stressed out...
I can't eat anything without my heart pounding every time i do, and back pain on the lower left side, radiating up to my upper back.
the normal, dizziness, feeling panicked....and such.
My stomach looks much more bloated(which is how i came up with heart failure(Edema).)
I don't know if these symptoms are normal for anxiety, but of course, i've been through the tests after tests..
The last one i thought of getting is a Colonoscopy, because i seem to have a large pulsing to the lower left side, which is where your colon is, and i'm not regular.
But I'm trying to keep myself convinced that nothing bad is wrong with me.
(Twisted colon, Colon Cancer, Heart Failure, i've thought of it all...ugh.)
I don't know what to do, I've been on SSRI's(Paxil and Effexor XR) with absolutely no success. I've been on both for 6 months, each one.
I've been off the Effexor now for about a month and a half. I'd been feeling better, but now, i've just become much worse again.
It's happened when I got off the Paxil, which is why I got scared, and went on Effexor...but this time, I need to keep off the SSRI's when I know it's not going to help.
Thanks to anyone who responds or looks at this topic...
Roger.
