So I heard if you were losing weight (some, only around 10 pounds of bodyfat) and you should take in 1 gram of protein a pound to maintain (and maybe built up a little bitsy bit) muscle. To me it seems like a lot. Does this count for both women and men? All ages? I'm 16, female by the way and weigh 122 at 5"2 so I should be eating 112 grams of protein but I'm afraid I'll be getting in too much cause I already got the feeling I'm getting in plenty and I eat around 85-105 grams of protein a day.

You get plenty of protein at you current levels. The 1g / lb of body weight is for body builders or intensely trained athletes. I have also heard 1g/kg body weight, but I think that would be too little, as it would only be 75g for a 160 lb person.

I was watching a healthy living show one night and they introduced a body builder/personal trainer. A man called in and said he was working out to "bulk up" and was wondering how much protein & what kind to eat. The trainer told him that he should have half a gram per pound of weight, and that the easiest, cheapest (but still very nutritious and protein rich) is tuna. So its a bit less than you're currently eating- if youre comfortable (and by that i mean you are enjoying your food and meals/snacks, not suffering through them), contiue with what you're doing. If you want more variety Im sure you could have less and still eat protein. If you are trying to lose weight DONT forget the fruits and veggies!!
