TrimSpa has about 5-6 sources of caffeine. It also has things to help control the appetite and blood sugar, which will reduce the carvings for carbs. As with anything with caffeine, it works for awhile to lose the weight, but you need to eat smarter too.
Cut down on the breads, pasta, rice, and desserts.
