Hi there
has anyone else had anything like this
for the last year I have been having problems where if I stand up and move to fast my head will start throbbing like if its going to exploed and after the event happens I can have headaches for days with flickering vision and numb left hand the only way to stop this happening for a longer period is to stop in bed and not move , I had a mri scan last september that was clear now there sending me for a tilt table test to see how my blood pressuer changes when I move also had a 24 hour heart check which showed I have a resting heart rate of 48 beats min.

That sounds like a migrane not a headache. You should go see your doctor, there is medication out there especially for migranes.
Wow, 48 beats per minute is very low, weird!! Maybe your heart is not pumping enough blood and oxygen is not getting to where its supposed to. But, i have no medical background so i may be completely wrong

I have tried all types of migrane medication but notthing has worked also migranes can come at anytime I know when mine comes its only if I dont take my time standing up the pressuer in my head goes up and then that sets it off.
