Hi All,
I have recently discovered that I have BPD. I've been to many doctors and psychiatrists, diagnosed with everything from depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder and so on. I can do really well in the world, at work, in relationships, but then it's like I crack (under stress?) and I feel self-destructive, angry, devastated with grief. Medications have never worked for me, I am 28 and have been seeing docs since I was 19. I need info on BPD and maybe some ideas for helping myself when I get really irrational and "crazy-acting". Does anyone have any suggestions? :blob_fire

Find a mental health agency that offers DBT therapy. I t has been found to be very effective in dealing with BPD. I used to teach this to my clients and had great success with it. Good luck!
