I have found many products online designed to help allieviate the discomfort of carpal tunnel but wonder if any of them actually work. Has anyone tried any of them and would recommend them? I have carpal tunnel in both hands and have had surgery in the right one but it has come back. My job is highly intesive on my hands but it's not something I want to quit. I need to be able to use my hands and wearing hand braces at night has helped in the past but now I fear that is no longer doing the trick. Any responses will be welcome.
