I have those too...but when they're cold or touched they're cute and shrink in size. My sister is a labor and delivery nurse and sees lots of breasts..she says many girls are like that. Actually I think it's just something you're born with...there's actually a lot of sites dedicated to puffy nipples b/c it's a major turn on for some guys...I know it sounds weird but it's true. You can actually get an areola reduction surgery to correct this but then there'd be a lot of scarring at first before it would heal. I'm in my late 20's and I've never had anyone complain about my nipples...I think we all try to perfect ourselves too much. There's a great website that is like entitled normal breasts or something like that...you can look it up under google..but it's a great resource to see normal breasts and then you'll see you're no different than anyone else.
