I just wanted to say thank you...from everyone here.
You are such a great help..and this board needs more people like you.
Do you remember Chrysanthamum?..She was such a help for me the first time.
I remeber you being around then too.I just think it's great that you spend your time helping others...the world needs more people like you .
Thanks :) :D

thanks, my life was controlled by panic attacks, fears and phobias for 20 years and my many docs and psychiatrists were of no help and gave no useful advice
remember that most psychiatrists have never had a panic attack, they just get to read about them in books.....

Thats so true
and it's for that reason..I have thought of getting into mental health as a possible future for me.I feel having gone through Depression/Anxiety and Panic attacks...I realy may be able to help people better than most physc's.
But I have to get through this relapse first...lol

hello,
how did you guys get through the anxiety? did meds help? or was it therapy? i just started lexapro and am on day 8. anytime i hear that someone has conquered this it gives me so much hope and makes me want to fight this harder. the lex is ok. this is the first day the side effects have become a little better. it is such an upward battle but one that is worth fighting! good luck and i would appreciate any feedback.
thanks
