I think that I got really good news with a follow-up tests, after a positive ANA.
Are these negative results?
DNA Antibody (DS) 2.5 IU/ML
Anti-SS-B (LA) 33
Everything else seems clearly negative.
Thanks, LZ

Somewhere on your lab report it should give the normal ranges. My anti-dsDNA was 0 with negative being <30. The normal range on anti SSB was < 2.0. You really need to ask your doctor about this one. It is normally positive in Sjogren's syndrome.

thank you for that info shirbarr!! I also have positive ANA and elevated sed rate and also have met 4 diagnostic criteria for systematic lupus. However (thankfully) I found that my other tests (anti dna, etc... etc... etc...) came back negative. So am I back to the drawing board to look into something else or what? Do you know?
