Hi

I was wondering if any of you have ever experienced chest pains whilst purging, as I did earlier today for the first time. It didn't last long at all, so may just have been cramp or something I suppose, but I was just wanting to check if it was likely to be anything other than that.

I used to get them when I purged. That's when my friends would find me on the floor in the bathroom passed out. when I was admitted inpatient they went away because I couldnt purge. I had a buddy 24/7 that made sure I wasnt doing anything wrong. But I was still left with some residual effects of purging for such a long time. I take 160 mg of inderal daily for control. I just had it upped do to a thyroid problem. I knew when I started having pains like that I needed help.

Honey please go get yourself checked over if this ever happens again. BTW you haven't purged any blood right? What kind of pain and how long for and stuff?
I'm worried now.

They didn't last for long, it was just whilst I was purging. It was probably just stitch or something, but I just wanted to see if it was likely to be anything else.
