Is it really true that stress plays a big part in our menstrual cycles and how normal or abnormal they are? I never wanted to believe this, but lately here I am starting to wonder. Normally I have a pretty stress-free life, but the past month or so has been kind of crazy and I've got myself all wigged out. I'm starting to wonder if that's not contributing to my bleeding problems. Hmmm....
