A few of you on here mentioned that you use and like Neutrogena's self-tanning lotion. I bought it for my face in the medium shade, and I love it! It's the first one I've used that didn't leave streaks or patches. I use Skin Drench tanning spray on my body because it's easier to apply than lotion - I like it, but the color is not very dark. I'd like to try Neutrogena's spray, and was just wondering how it compares to the lotion. Do you have to rub it in, or is it more of an airbrush-type spray? Thanks!

I use Coppertone Effortless Oil Free tanner. LOVE IT! It is my favorite, but it's very hard to find in my area. I am curious about Skin Drench. I keep seeing it in Sallys Beauty Supply but I haven't heard many reviews on it. Is it a natural looking color? is it hard to spray evenly?
I have used netrogena spray in the past. It was just ok. I didnt like the smell.

St. Tropez is so good. And you can go really dark if you like.

I usually use the Neutrogena Deep Bronze, and love it! I tried the spray a couple of years ago and hated it. Most of it came off in the shower the next day. But who knows, they might have changed the formula.

Lissie-
Does the Neutrogena Deep Bronze have an orange tint to it. I tend to turn orange with self tanners! I don't know if it is because I am already tan myself!

If you turn orange with STs, it can be because you're using a product that is too dark for you (this has nothing to do with the color of your skin, although pale people tend to turn orange more easily - but it has to do with how your skin reacts to the DHA) - or it could be that you're not exfoliating well enough or evenly. Both can cause orangeness. Personally, I always turned orange with Neutrogena's products.

I've never had any problems with it.
Hope this helps!

It goes on pretty evenly. It's a very light mist. I've heard it referred to as "airbrush tan in a can" - accurate description. A couple times, I ended up with darker patches on my hands and ankles. I think it's because I didn't blend in my moisturizer very well on those areas before applying the tanner. Lately, I've had no problems with it. The color is a little too light for me, though, and it only comes in one shade. I'm fair-medium toned normally, but I have a light tan - what I want is a dark tan, but it's difficult to achieve this naturally with the high sunscreen I wear (I'm worried about sun damage). I don't tan easily to begin with. I'm thinking of trying the Neutrogena spray in "dark," but I'm afraid of getting orange.
