Numbness and tingling could be neuropathy (nerve damage) which is often related to diabetes. Neuropathy can exist without diabetes, but your symproms could be caused by so many other ailments, too. I recommend you see a doctor, get tested for diabetes, and if negative, take the next steps to get a diagnosis.
