Hi - my daughter has been on Depakote for 4 months and has experienced some air thinning. Has anyone out there found an effective way to counteract this problem? She is on 500mg per day. Any suggestions really appreciated.

I am blessed with 2 things, reallllly thick hair and i live in florida, my hair has thinned a little and thats a good thing so far, but I did switch to a thickening shampoo, that way if it does thin more then i want it to, atleast itll make what i have look like more.
Other then that i have no idea what to try

Thankyou for the advice re the shampoo. Some other advice that I have picked up is that a comination of Zinc (50mg/d) and Selenium (50mg/d) is effective in reducing this problem.
