I don't know if I'm spelling it right...but I have a problem with cellulite on my thighs/buttocks.
I've tried diet and working out and I can't seem to get rid of it. I don't want surgery. Is there some kind of pill or cream I can use to get rid of it?

They do make firming cream, but I haven't tried it. Let me know if you do and it works.

Hi there. A similar subject was posted a month or so back. Here's the dealio. I am 25 and 117 lbs. Can't really complain there. I used to feel like NO MATTER WHAT I did I couldn't get rid of my celly! :( Soooo, I looked into many diff things. What has worked the BEST for me is WALKING, WALKING, WALKING. I didn't realize how much this helps cellulite for real!
Oh, and for you all out there wanting to try creams, they do work, but u can't stop using them or forget it. What happens is they smooth and help firm a bit, but nothing to "fix" it.
Also, what REALLY REALLY does work is the coffee grounds thing. More than one person has told me they have really similar succeses with it. Take warm coffee grounds, spread them on your problem areas, really good and hard. Take a rolling pin after putting plastic wrap around the areas and roll away for a good 5 mins. I promise you will see results quickly. It's just really really messy! Good luck. Let me know.

You could try a firming or anti cellulite cream/lotion :) another option is squats & lunges. Do you have excess fat or are you slim with still cellulite though? I'm guessing you should try to lose some bodyfat even if you already are slim. Cellulite is caused by fat. Even skinny people can have fat and if they have hardly any muscle they have high bodyfat %, if you lose some bodyfat and replace it with muscle, your buttocks will get tighter and the cellulite will disappear. This is the most effective way. How you are going to lose the bodyfat, you should make your own plan (include whole-grain cereals, unsaturated fats but not too much, and especially protein is not to be forgotten). How to gain the muscle, by doing lunges and squats in the target place. Don't worry, if you do the lunges and squats without any extra weight you won't put on a lot of muscle, just tone up. Also some calesthenics can tighten up that ***. You should also add cardio which will burn fat and at the same time increase some muscle such as running/jogging.

Don't use the creams..they don't work.
LIFT WEIGHTS!!!! Don't be afraid of them..you won't "bulk". Do squats, lunges, leg extensions, calf raises, and hamstring curls.

What has worked for me.
Skin brushing on dry skin in a circular motion on the area.
Then shower and brush in there again with a scrub
Lotion up real well...i use any cheap lotion and i massage it in real well.
Exercise...walk, run, mini stepper
tons of water and a good diet
