Hi all. Do any of you with fibro have bad TMJ/facial/neck/shoulder pain too?
AND, I've recently read that progesterone cream can help fibro and TMJ both. Has anyone tried progesterone? Thanks.

I take progesterone for problems with my cycle but I havent noticed any change in my fibro.

For the neck/shoulder pain I take Flexeril. However, I am doubly blessed because I also have frozen left shoulder. I would be reluctant to try any cream if your skin is sensitive. I tried a spray pain reliever on shoulder and I thought I was going to have cardiac arrest as it was like pouring Drano on area. (TT)

I haven't tried the cream but I know my Mom uses it and I don't think it's made her fibro any better...
