around the mouth have herpes? Sometimes the bumps look flattened, sometimes it looks like a bruised pimple and it lasts for days? Is that herpes or is that a common spot for acne?

Just curious.

I really don't know but I have to say that when evet I see bumps very close to the mouth especially if they and clustered I kinda figuer that it is H, but some folks really do have a bad case of H. AND sometimes what looks like acne could be H that's that a breakout on my chin looked like and I promise it stayed there for about 2 months so go figure if it is a person you are cool with try asking them if they get "cold sores or fever blisters" sometimes sometimes folks take a liking to those words better than "hey is that herpes on that there lip of yourn" ya know samanatics what ever it's the same dog-on thing. any way seen any thing missing latley???
