I don't think I have a sleep disorder, however, I've been thinking about trying to get a steady sleep pattern going just to help my functioning during the daytime. I wake up every weekday around 7:30am and try to sleep around 11-11:30pm every weeknight...Sometimes, though, I find it hard to sleep. I have a diet Pepsi in the middle of the day usually, do you think this would effect my sleep patern? Are there are any natural ways I could get to sleep easier?

You could try taking melatonin before bed. And if you can't sleep, get out of bed and do something relaxing like reading until you're tired.
