If you truly have oily skin a glycolic acid cleaner would be ideal. Since you are using a combo skin cleaner and it is drying you out it almost sound as if your skin is normal...how lucky are you? Neutrogena has some great cleaners...even for sensitive skin. If you over dry your skin it will produce more oil to compensate and that could be trouble.

Dove unscented sensitive skin bar. Works great for my sensitive acne-prone dry/combination skin and it's REALLY inexpensive. 2 bars for less than $2, and they last for months.

I have combination skin, if I don't use the right products it will both get dry and flaky or cause break outs. The cleanser I use is from L'OREAL PURE ZONE. It's not oily, it cleans your skin really well, and at the same time it moistorizes. Well, I use the cleanser on my face when I'm showering and after that step 3 the moistorizing cream. I skip all the other steps except for scrubbing but I use a different brand for that one but I think I'm going to buy pure zone scrub as well. Anyway, you should really definitely try this. It's affordable and it's good.

Aveeno Clear Complexion Foaming Cleanser or Positively Radiant Cleanser is very good and is suitable for your skin type. It cleans without drying you out. I especially like the Clear Complexion.
