Hello,
Just curious if anyone else has experienced increased PVC's after they quit smoking or after/during working out. Doesn't seem to make sense, but I always have a noticable increase in PVC's when I don't smoke...usually after a few days of quitting. Mine seem to come on from talking and I suspect there is a diaphram connection too. I'm a 41/M. I've had them for ten years now, they went away for a few years, now they're back! However, always they return when I try to do something healthy, like working out or quitting smoking! Great.
Anyone ever heard of a vitamin cocktail that calms PVC's? I vaugely recall hearing of a vitamin deficiancy link. I switched, in the last year, to a vegetarian diet and I could be missing some needed nutrients.
Who knows...

I have mitral regurgitation and Im on my 3rd day of quitting and I have a fluttery feeling in my chest and throat all the time now. when I was still smoking it seemed like I only got the flutters when I smoked. I was sure that my flutters would go away once I quit. I hope they do. This sucks. I almost wanna start back up so I only get them when I smoke instead of all the time!!!

It sounds like maybe nicotine withdrawal might be causing those symptoms. I think people sometimes forget that nicotine is a powerful drug. I've read that nicotine is more addictive than heroine. It stands to reason to me that it could cause your heart to react.
