hey... i usually hang on the self injury recovery board, but today i slipped and purged twice... i ate so much i just had to... i feel so bad... will i ever get over this stupid ED? :confused:

Don't worry. Believe me I know how annoying it is to think youre doing so well overcoming an ED but then slip up and feel like you can never stop. I've had an ED for 3 years off and on. I'll go a couple weeks without throwing up and then sometimes I'll throw up 3 times in one week. Its annoying but thats part of overcoming an ED--youre bound to have screw ups. The thing you have to do is just keep on going and be strong and overcome it. Its hard, but you can do it, it will just take time.
