For the past few weeks, I've been always waking up early...I don't get it. I go to sleep at 11:30 to 12pm...and have to go to work at 9, meaning I have to get up at about 8 am. This means, I can sleep about 8 hrs., which is good i think. But every night, I wake up at like 3 (i.e. after 3 hours of falling asleep) -when i go to bed at 3am, i wake up at 6am, when i go to bed at 1am, i wake up at 4am...I'm always thinking ok, today I slept like crap...but tommorow i will make up for it by sleeping more...but then the same thing happens. Sometimes I'm able to go back to sleep, but the sleep is very light after the "waking".
I am so pissed...this is really bad for my life...because I'm always felling tired...and getting only 3-5 hrs. of sleep is not good...because i'm a person who needs about 8hrs. of sleep to function...please help...has anyone had the same kind of problems?
It might be my allergies, but even when i took allergy medicines that work, it still happens, and I always feel like crap on the whole day...

most older allergy meds also sedate you
