I was just wondering if anyone got the same side effects I do when coming off seroquel. I stopped seroquel about 6 days ago and admittedly I went from 200mg to nothing, maybe not a smart move, but since then I have been suffering from lack of sleep and extreme nausea and vomiting. Everyday I wake up and have to barf and I constantly feel sick even when there is nothing in my stomach. I haven't been eating to good because of this also. I am not suffering from a stomach bug because I have had the same side effects when withdrawling from it at a earlier date. Its bizarre, you wouldn't think the doctors would prescribe something that is so uncomfortable to come off. If anyone has similar stories I would be very interested to hear them. Thankyou. :)

maybe you should get back on the seroquel and gradually taper off over a few weeks, some valium type meds will also help

sounds bad.. i was just wanting seroquel again last week ,but i never used that much

I had to begin to take my seroquel again as I started hearing voices and was becoming delusional. I'm feeling ok about taking it right now and don't plan to get off it for a while. Thankyou for the replies.
