About a month ago read a msg where someone spoke of a doctor in California who found some apneas were due to undiagnosed sinusitus. I've gone to a nose and throat specialist but he wouldn't consider the CT scan discussed in the msg. Believe this might be my problem. Feel worse after using CPAP. Light headed, even more tired, etc. Can anyone shed light on this? Did the doctor write that a CT scan is necessary to do the diagnosis vice (the doctor) just looking with a camera.
What is the name of the doctor and what city is he from?

The physican had noted some people with a stuffy noise, may have more Apnea on their sleep study. I have heard of the research, but there isn't much in the sleep field about this information. It is not profound, Sleep Apnea is clearly medically diagnosed and documented. I would purchase a humidifier and chin strap and if that does not work: schedule another evaluation with a sleep specialist to determine if you have a second sleep disorder!
