I also had very dry/scaly legs until I started using Olay's Shea Butter body wash and switched to Jergens Ultra Healing Lotion - it's the best lotion I've ever tried. Leaves your skin hydrated all day!

Try aloe vera lotions, i can give you a link if you wish, but make sure its a good quality aloe cream
