:wave: For those that don't remember me. I'm genotype 2B had viral load of 1+ million pre treatment. I did 24 weeks of Pegasys/Copegus. My LFT's were always elevated. I had a biopsy before starting treatment and had grade 3 stage 4. This is why I started treatment. I just got my 3 month post treatment results. My LFT's were normal and my PCR Heptimax came back un-detectable. I almost to SRV!!! Yippee!!! Still taking Synthroid, the only long term effect of treatment. My thyroid did not make it through the treatment. Most of myself has returned. The foghead is still with me but that may be due to age LOL...

Really glad to hear this...Really happy for your success. How hard was it to get through the treatment?
I am geno type 2 also. Even though it would only be 6 months of tx I am still concerned about the affects during and after.

But I am happy for you!!

I worked 4 days a week during treatment just to get the extra sleep. I was tired and unable to do any real physical work. I just got tired faster when doing odd jobs around the house. Periodic yucky feelings, headaches, achy bones, irritable. As a coder I had difficulties with thinking during treatment. Now most is back.
