When my son was 2 months he started sleeping 6 hours and then at 3 months he started going 6-8 hours depending on how much he ate during the day. Just curious about how many hours is considered sleeping through the night.

LOL....just be happy he is finally Giving YOU that much time to sleep yourself!

Being a mother and raising two to adulthood....sounds like your baby is doing just fine. What is happening is normal.

LOL, my daughter is two weeks today. If she sleeps for three hours, that's considered sleeping through the night to me. LOL She actually has slept for about five hours before, but she wasn't supposed to because she's so young and needs to eat often, and I'm breastfeeding. But I admit, every once in a while, if she'll sleep past two or three hours at night, I'll let her go, just to give myself a break. But just to make sure I don't feel TOO bad about it, I won't let her go past five hours at night, or four during the day.

Consider yourself blessed! LOL
Congrats on your little one! ;)
