There's a clinic in Chicago specializing in fibromyalgia called the Paragon Clinic. I was wondering if anyone at this board has ever been there? I found out about it a couple of years ago but I kept putting off calling them. I've visited their website but I was wondering if I could find out more about them from a patient's point of view. If anybody has any information on the clinic (or any other clinics in the Chicago area), it would be greatly, greatly appreciated! :bouncing: Thanks! :)

Molly -- I've never heard of any other fibromyalgia clinics in the US other than this one. Actually, I was quite shocked to find out they had one anywhere, much less in my area. I hope you have a good doctor in your area. :)

I was just wondering if there was anyone who might have visited the clinic -- they say they've had people from all over visit them...I might check them out anyway because they are actually covered by my insurance. I was really interested in the Paragon Clinic because my regular doctors have been of little use to me. Ah, well... :yawn: Anyway, thanks again! :wave:

How fortunate to have fibro clinic in your area. Type in fibromyalgia Chicago in search and several things will come up. I type for Christ Hospital even though I live in WI and have typed reports on several patients with fibro who were admitted for exacerbation of symptoms. Please keep us up-to-date on any treatment you receive in that area as it will be very interesting to hear how doctors who recognize fibro treat their patients. (TT)
