yea, for about 1-2 months now, i've been having a pain in my right shoulder. when i yawn, pain shoots through it. it hurts when i raise it too. it's not too bad, where i can't move my arm, but the pain is annoying. it feals like i would have hurt it by exerting too much force with it, but it's been hurting for about 2 months, so i would think it would have gone away by now. can someone help me out?

I don't know if I have the advice your looking for; but my recommendation would be to contact your Doctor. With unusual pain like that, which has been going on for over a month, it is probably a good idea to see your Doctor. I hope you find something out soon.

I had what's called 'frozen shoulder' or adhesive capsulitis once....was very painful for a long time. You can do a goggle search to find more info on that. Also don't know if you spend alot of time at the computer; especially using the mouse, but I find that I need to have a chair with an arm rest so that the arm rest supports my arm as I spend hours a day at computer. Just a suggestion; hope you get some answers.

edited to correct spelling...I hope!

The type of pain you are having could be caused by many things.from torn muscles bursitis or some type of nerve damage,I think the best thing for you to do would be to go see your doc. There is absolutely no way to teel what is causing it until you get a more thorough exam.Basically your doc will do an exam and start ruling things out until he hits on something.Good luck and i hope its not anything too serious.Marcia
