Hi everyone  !

Does anyone have - or know where i can find - a complete (or near complete) list of negative calorie foods? i have a list that has about 20 fruit and 20 vegetables.

What are peoples thoughts on the negative calorie diet? has anyone tried it with any success?

Thanks!

There's really no such thing. Zero is about as low as you can go.
Maybe somebody can argue for ice cold water but that's really a stretch.

This question comes up on boards quite regularly and I have never seen ANY following claiming success.

If you're referring to such foods as celery and grapefruit, which are reputed to "cost" the body more calories to digest them than their overall nutritional worth, those foods do exist. However, the amount that the body expends to digest these foods are negligible. As stated, this "diet" is pretty much based on numbers, with very little realistic effect.

The diet is complete and total bunk. Anybody who tells you differently is trying to sell you something. Stick to a healthy diet an exercise rather than chasing magical foods.
