"Ideal" weight (according to Insurance charts) for your height would depend on your bone size. Are you smallboned, medium or large?
Smallboned
104-112
Medium boned
109-122
Large boned
117-134
But these charts do not take in account other factors if you small or medium boned and 132lbs 5'2". All it is going by is a statistical average based on others.
If you are athletic, you could have some muscle built up making you "overweight" according to the scales and charts. Muscle is denser than bodyfat. A tangerine portion of muscle weighs about the same as two grapefruit size portions of bodyfat.
When you look at it that way, scales and charts can be frustrating and very inaccurate. Better to use your wardrobe as an indicator of size. At 5'6"/largeboned I dropped 75lbs of bodyfat after over a year's worth of college women's strength lifting. Was 245 originally. I can now fit into premarriage clothing sizes when I was in my late teens at 165lbs.
Back then I was pretty fit and active with PE and riding a ten speed all over my city....despite what the scales said. Worse, the charts back 40 years ago were much lower in what weight you were "supposed" to be. Then I was supposed to be 135lbs at the most.
According to present charts, I am still overweight for my height...just not as much. The exchange was the muscle "toning" I gained from lifting three days a week for a year and a half.
I learned quickly to trust my wardrobe than the scales. At 52, I am at the age where I dont care what others think anymore. I have to be happy with myself. After 33 years of marriage and being 245 (and more at times), for so long....hang the charts. My husband is happy, my kids are happy...and best of all, I like myself and can live with this.
But you are 14 and you may still have some growing to do. You are entering a time where the body is also going through awhole lot of changes as well. So dont get fixated on what your weight "should" be according some chart. Or what others may say. My daughter had a friend in high school that was obsessed about her weight and who tried to get thinner....despite being quite slender as it was. My daughter helped her friend through a rough time getting her "act" together and to realize what her boyfriend was insisting was out of the question.
My daughter just turned 18, largeboned and had been 6 feet tall since she was 15.

I would say around 10 more pounds would be good, maybe 15.

I consult a pile of methods and sort of average them out.
Most charts, though don't go as young as 14 but two that do are:
People's Choice (average deemed desirable by other 14 year olds near your weight): 103#
Doctor's methods: B.J. Devine (1974) says: 110#
J.D.Robinson (1983) says: 116#
D.R.Miller says: 123#
Average of the 4 says 113# is ideal for a 5'2" 14 year old girl!
(I assume you're not a boy named Ashley :D:D)

132lb is not bad at all. I'm 5ft 5 and 132 is ideal for me (but any less and I start to feel too thin). It all depends on how you look. Anything between 120 and 135 is good for someone of your height. But, if you look lean and in shape, it doens't matter about the weight.
