Hi guys this is my first post on the board and i have this problem....ok here it is, I am 18 and half years old and I have this sleeping problem...I am always tired...now I tried coffee and vitamins...and it didnt help the problem at all...I also take naps in the afternoon or about 2 or 3 hours after i wake up from my nights sleep which is weird because i already had like 10 hours of sleep...is there any medication or very good vitamin specifically that works or anything else I can do like go to a specific kind of doctor...someone please help me out if you know anything about this or is someone who experiencing the same thing I am...thank you for your time

There could be sooo many reasons why you are tired. Your best bet is probably to just see your doctor.

Several of the most common sleep disorders manifest in our teenage years. As noted by the previous poster, please try to see a Board Certified Sleep Specialist in order to discuss your obvious sleepiness problem. A Sleep Physician is most likely present in one of your bigger hospitals or possibly in your local hospital!
You should not be sleepy, not at your age. Please seek treatment!
