Any writen reports on giving oral and receiving HIV, from pre-cum?

I've read a lot of posts regarding people who are concerned about contracting HIV through giving oral sex around here, fortunately all of those who got tested, tested negative. :)

It's a very low risk, some websites consider it 'no risk'.

I am not completley sure, but I was told in health class that is definatley a way to transfer the virus.
