I have been walking for four weeks now and have gained two pounds. I walk three miles a day. I have this notion that I think because I exercise I can eat more. I am hungrier though, I drink tons of water, and sugar gree koolaide which is the only thing that makes me sane, but I would love to lose weight but, I am just stuck.
