I am not very good at following those tapes, let alone spending money on them, how I lose body fat, like around the stomach etc is by dancing. I also can't stand walking on a threatmill, its SO BORING! so I just dance, I pop in any CD I like and I just dance... all of it. Its usually about an hour or so, and I do it Mon-Fri, I just started doing it again, but when I did it about a year ago I lost about 25 pounds in about 3 months. Anyways, some of you might want to try it.
