Leg presses, leg extensions and leg curls. Lunges and calf raises.
If you have access to a gym, Leg presses can be done with a machine and the leg extensions hit the quads... with the leg curls, the hamstrings.
At home, if you do not have bench with leg attachment, you can do dbl or barbell squats. Both of these will also hit the quads and hamstrings. Lunges can be used to finish off.
For the upper body, chest press/bench press (machine or freeweights). With freeweights you can do these with dumbbells or with a barbell. Dumbbell shoulder presses and bicep/tricep arm exercises

it sounds a little odd but i find running backwards (especially uphill) really works your calf muscles. i don't know if it's because you're on your toes, or because i'm out of my mind, but you can try it out and see. but don't attempt it on a treadmill, you'll likely kill yourself. oh, and running forward works well too :)
