The chances of you having HIV are so slim that it might as well be zero. Think about this....if you are a doctor doing surgery on a patient with HIV, and you get stuck with a needle that is contaminated with his blood, the chances of that causing HIV infection in you is 0.3%....it's a bit higher depending on how deep the needle goes, how long it's in there etc. etc. etc. Now that's a needle puncturing your skin DIRECTLY, and look how small the risk is. I don't think you need to worry about HIV even if the escort gave you a blowjob with NO condom!!

Plus, if someone is infected with the HIV, the secretions that the virus are most concentrated in are blood and semen. This would mean that sexual contact or blood to blood contact are the most common ways of passing the infection....

So..putting this all together, the chances of you having been infected with HIV are nil. :D
